EM Revenue and Cost by CT

You can use the EM Revenue and Cost by CT report to print EM cost types by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Revenue and Cost by CT.

This report prints EM Cost Types 1 - 8 in the first 8 columns. The last cost column is the total for all costs types 9 and greater. The "Subtotal by Department" parameter gives the option of sorting and subtotaling by EM Department.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Ending Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Beginning Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Beginning Month
Ending Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Ending Month
Beginning Department

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning department.
Ending Department

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending department.

Subtotal by Department

checkbox to include subtotals at the department level.
