SM Work Order Status By Technician Drilldown

You can use the SM Work Order Status By Technician Drilldown report by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Agreement Analysis Drilldown.

This report is used for scheduling and displays all Technicians and Work Orders they have been assigned as Lead Technicians, attended Trips or have Work Completed. It also lists whether or not a Work Order needs attention: if a Billing is ready or if a Work Scope is due. Furthermore the report's layout is grouped by Work Order Status and can be drilled down to the Work Order itself for more information.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Customer

Press F4 to select the Customer

Beginning Work Order Number

Enter or select the applicable beginning work order.

Ending Work Order Number

Enter or select the applicable ending work order.

Service Site

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the service site.

Service Center

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the service center.

Work Order Status

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the work order status.

Work Scope

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the work scope.

Call Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the call type..

Technician

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the technician.

From Date

Enter from date.

To Date

Enter to Date.

Show Scopes

checkbox to show scopes.

Show Gross (P)rofit % or Net (M)argin %
