Context Once a .dwg file is created, you must configure the Layout (Paper Space) to define how the drawing will look when printed or exported to PDF. This includes the paper size, scale, and title block.
Step 1: Open the Drawing Setup
1. Open your drawing in Stabicad for AutoCAD.
2. Navigate to the StabiTOOLS palette.
3. Open the Setup tab and click Drawing Setup.
Step 2: Configure the Sheet In the Drawing Setup dialog, define the following "Field" parameters:
1. Plot Scale: Select the scale (e.g., 1:50 or 1:100). This ensures text and symbols are sized correctly for the output.
2. Paper Size: Select the ISO standard size (e.g., A1, A0).
3. Frame & Title Block:
    ◦ Check Insert frame and select the standard company frame.
    ◦ Check Insert title block and select the standard title block.
4. Click OK.
Step 3: Update Title Block Data The title block is placed, but may need project data synchronization.
1. In the StabiTOOLS palette > Setup tab, click Copy drawing data from StabiBASE to title block.
2. The title block is now populated with the Description, Date, and Project data defined in StabiBASE.
Result The drawing is now ready for plotting or PDF export. The visual representation (Sheet) matches the field requirements.
