This screen is similar to the Employee Earnings History Display screen, except the window on time card detail includes access to the certified flag, work date, and pay level (1-9).

Additionally, this screen benefits certified jobs by enabling you to change the certified flag on time card lines that have already updated.

This screen can be extremely helpful if you discover that a job requires a Certified Payroll Report after several Payroll cycles. Rather than producing them by hand, the time card flag can be corrected. The work date or pay level 1-9 (but not the pay rate) of the employees can also be changed, as these fields control how the Certified Payroll Report is printed.
