New Job Specific Equipment Rates

Use this window to enter new or special equipment rates or make changes to job usage rates for a specified equipment code.

This window is accessible from the Job-Specific Equipment Charge Rates screen and the Equipment Charge Rates screen.

Equipment code

The selected equipment code defaults.

Job

Enter a valid job number. The job should been previously set up the Jobs screen. If the job number entered is for another Spectrum company, the job name will not display. Rates entered on this screen for this job/equipment combination will default into Payroll Time Card Entry, and will be used instead of the standard rates set up in the Equipment. Press F4 to select from a list of valid job numbers.

Rates of up to 99,999.99 per period may be entered for any of the standard job fields below. Enter the actual total daily, weekly, and monthly charges here so that your recurring rates are charged correctly.

  • Full Charge Enter the full-charge equipment rate to be used for this job. The rate specified here will default in Payroll > Time Card Entry and in Equipment Control > Transaction Entry when the (H)ourly pay rate is designated.

  • Operating Enter the operating equipment rate per hour/day/week/month to be used for this job. The rate specified here will default in Payroll > Time Card Entry and in Equipment Control > Transaction Entry when the (H)ourly pay rate is designated.

  • Stand-by Enter the equipment job standby rate per hour/day/week/month for this job. For example, Hourly = 50.00 Daily = 300.00 Weekly = 1200.00 Monthly= 4,000.00
