Manually Delete Workset Files

Follow these steps to manually delete workset files.

Sometimes you need to manually delete old worksets from your pc. This can be if:
  • An administrator has disconnected your workset.
  • You have sent a problematic workset to support, who have shared on your behalf and then disconnected (Support has to disconnect after sharing for you, or there will be inconsistencies between the worksets).
  1. Find the location of the workset. For instructions, see Find the Location of a Workset.
  2. Delete the directory containing the server.xml file, normally named with a small number: for example, 1 or 2.
