Change Your Kiosk Password

If you are a Trimble ID user, you can set or reset your Kiosk password. Use your Kiosk password to clock in or out through Kiosk Mode. You will still use your Trimble ID to sign in to the portal.

Kiosk passwords apply only to Trimble ID users.
Note: Users who previously logged in using an employee number can continue to clock in with their employee number password, even as Trimble ID users.
  1. Log in to the portal using your Trimble ID credentials.
  2. In the upper right of the navigation bar, select your name, then select Reset Kiosk Password.

    If you've never set up a password, select the option that says Set Kiosk Password.

  3. Enter a New Password.

    Passwords must be at least 12 characters long, and must contain at least 3 of the following: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

  4. Type the password again to confirm it.
  5. Select Submit.
You can now use this Kiosk password when clocking in or out.
