Create E-Timesheets

You can enter timesheets in the application.

To enter a timesheet:
  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the E-Timesheets sub-menu.
  3. Select E-Timesheet Salary to display the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen.
  4. Right click on the required field under the Job column and select Prompt to display the Job Search window.
  5. Select the required job and click the Select button in the Job Search window.
  6. Right click on the required field under the Cost Code column and select Prompt to display the Scan Cost Codes window.
  7. Select the required cost code and click the Select button in the Scan Cost Codes window.
  8. Right click on the required field under the Trans column and select Prompt to display the Transaction Code Scan window.
  9. Select the required transaction code and click the Select button in the Transaction Code Scan window.
  10. Enter the required number of work hours for each day of the week.
  11. Select the OK button at the top of the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen.
  12. Select the ACTIONS drop-down at the top of the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen and select Employee OK.
Note: If you are a project manager for a group of employees, tou can click the next employee icon near the Status field and enter the required values in the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen.
