Selections from the Inquiries menu are used following conversion to obtain on-screen details regarding existing customer contracts and change orders. It is also used to inquire into customer information, invoice details and total outstanding receivable totals.

Inquiries Overview

The Data Entry menu is used to print and process draw requests. Both the subcontract and general AIA formats are available. After printing draw request forms, the information may be automatically transferred by the software to the invoice entry screen for update to the customer and job files. It is also used to process change orders, and to generate invoices and credit memos. Other related activities, such as cash receipts and finance charge processing, are also performed from this menu.

        <p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor
            invoices. There are three steps in the process:</p>

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

Use this window to modify the tax status and tax code associated with the detail lines.

<body><main xmlns:jcm-link-man="http://jorsek.com/content-management/modules/linkmanagement" role="main"><article role="article" id="concept-yyflvy8q5575--it-it" aria-labelledby="ariaid-title1"><h1 class="title topictitle1" id="ariaid-title1">What's New in <span class="keyword">Vista</span> 2024 R1</h1><div class="body conbody"><p class="shortdesc">The <span class="keyword">Vista</span> 2024 R1 release includes several enhancements and new features, as well as defect fixes that apply to all geographies.</p><div class="p"><div class="note important note_important"><span class="note__title">Important:</span> <span class="keyword">Vista</span> 2024 R1 is the <em class="ph i">only</em> major release for 2024; however, due to the extensive nature of the improvements and feature work being provided, it was necessary to combine the <span class="keyword">Vista</span> 2024 R1 and <span class="keyword">Vista</span> 2024 R2 releases to ensure a more holistic and robust solution.</div></div><p class="p">Some of the new features in this release include improved SM tax handling, updates to electronic OSHA 300/300A/301 reporting, an improved PO/SL review/approval workflow, new MFA configuration capabilities, and an introduction of the <span class="keyword">ProjectSight</span> integration with <span class="keyword">Vista</span>, as well as several other features to help improve your workflow.</p><p class="p">Another important enhancement brings significant improvements to sign-on methods for <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction One</span> cloud-hosted <span class="keyword">Vista</span> customers. These login changes will provide customers the ability to migrate their own login credentials to <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>.
