What's New in 2020 R7

The Trimble Construction One Analytics 2020 R7 release includes a new Project Management data source for Subcontracts and provides easy access to your Analytics reports on the Trimble Construction One home page.

Project Management: Subcontracts

The Subcontracts data source provides summary information about subcontracts on a job including Billed Amounts, Billed Quantities, Revised Contract, and Revised Quantities.

Analytics on the Trimble Construction One Workcenter

From the home page of the Trimble Construction One workcenter, you can now access your Trimble Construction One Analytics reports by selecting one of the folders under the Analytics heading. You can also create a new report by clicking the + icon.

Note that the options in this section vary based on your Analytics role.

New Fields in the Project Management: Cost Detail Data Source

This release adds two new fields, Quantity and Quantity to Date, to the Project Management: Cost Detail data source.

About Data and Requirements

Note: If your company's subscription for Vista or Spectrum is part of our Trimble Construction One contract, and if your company is located in North America, you can take advantage of Trimble Construction One Analytics.

Information in Trimble Construction One Analytics: Team Reporting is automatically imported from your ERP enterprise and from Viewpoint Team™. Data from your ERP is updated once a day after business hours. Data from Team (for example, Daily Logs) is updated every five minutes.

By default, Trimble Construction One Analytics: Team Reporting provides data only for projects that are available in Team. For enterprises with Vista, depending on the data access settings for your user account, you can view data for all Vista projects in a business unit or in your enterprise, including projects that have not been added to Team.

About Viewpoint Help - Beta Release

At that time, any bookmarks to pages in the existing Help you have saved will redirect to the Trimble Construction One Analytics page in Viewpoint Help. From there, you can navigate to the Help page you want, and create a new bookmark.
