This release includes updates for the Colorado tax routine (US only), as well as defect fixes that apply to all geographies.

Updated Colorado Tax Routine

Beginning tax year 2022, users can now file a Colorado DR 0004 with their employer if they want to adjust their Annual Withholding Allowance (Line 2 of Form DR 0004).

To record an employee's adjusted amount:

  1. In PR Employees, click the Filing Status tab.

  2. For the Colorado deduction code only, select the Override Misc Amount #1 checkbox.

  3. In the Misc Amount #1 field, enter the amount from Line 2 of Form DR 0004.

During payroll processing, the system will now use the Misc Amount #1 specified for applicable employees in the state tax calculation.

To see a list of defects fixed in this version, go to the Track Cases/Issues page of the Portale clienti Viewpoint. Use the filter options to select your product and module. In the Fixed in Version field, select this version, then select Apply Filters.
