The Employee Kiosk allows employees to access their current year-end tax form.

When the employee selects a form, his/her standard plain paper W-2 (for US), 1095-C Form (for US), or T4 Slip displays, and in the case where the employee has worked for multiple entities during the year, each form will display separately in the Dashboard app.

• When printing from this app, the company-wide address from Company Installation (or the general address of the applicable entity) appears on the form. Alternate employer addresses can only be printed from the Payroll > Period end menu. .
• In addition to displaying the available form(s), the app includes instructions: a PDF containing the IRS 'Notice to Employees' or the Canadian Revenue Agency equivalent.
• This app includes security protection that prevents employees from retrieving their forms while the Payroll Department is still reviewing year-end information, and protection that ensures employees can view only their own payroll information.
  Note: As with other 'My' apps, this app displays Payroll information only if the current operator is linked through the Contacts to an employee code in the current company.
