Submit Crew Daily Attestation

If required, answer and submit attestation questions at the end of each workday.

As a crew member, you can sign off on required questions from the Crew Timesheets page, the Timesheet Review page, or the Clock In / Clock Out page. Attestations that are still due for a specific date display as yellow tiles. Completed attestations display as green tiles.
Note: If you change time or wage-related entries (fields other than department, job, or phase) after completing a daily attestation, you must sign off again for that day.
  1. To access daily attestations from the Crew Timesheets page on a mobile device:
    1. Open a crew timesheet, and select the applicable date.

      A Daily Attestation summary displays at the top of the page to indicate the number and names of crew members who have not yet completed their attestation for the selected date. If all crew members have completed their attestations, the summary is not shown for that date.

    2. Select Log attestation.

      A PIN pad page with a blank background displays, allowing for secure daily attestation for each crew member.

    3. Enter your PIN.
      Tip: To return to the crew timesheet from the PIN pad, the crew member or crew leader must enter their PIN. This enables a Back button in the upper left of the page.
  2. To access daily attestations from the Timesheet Review page:
    1. Scroll to a timesheet, and select the relevant date.
    2. Select Log attestation.

  3. To access daily attestations from the Clock In / Clock Out page:
    1. Scroll to a timesheet, and select the relevant date.
    2. Select Log attestation.

  4. Answer the questions shown in the daily attestations window. The window opens to the attestation due for the selected date, or to the first available attestation that is due for the pay period.

    Required questions display with an asterisk. Required comment fields are outlined in red.

  5. If you have attestations due for multiple dates in the pay period, you can select a date from the dropdown field at the top of the window, answer questions for that date, and then choose the next date. That way you can submit your answers at once without having to reopen the daily attestation window.
  6. When are finished, select Submit.
