EM Monthly Cost And Revenue Drilldown

You can use the EM Monthly Cost And Revenue Drilldown report as a drill-down of both EM cost and revenue information by Category and Equipment (or starting with Equipment) by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Monthly Cost And Revenue Drilldown.

This is a report that allows drilling down to both EM cost and revenue information by Category and Equipment (or starting with Equipment). After the Equipment level, users can then continue drilling down by either Cost Code or Revenue Code to the transaction detail. The report allows comparison of usage hours, dollars, and cost for one month and To Date (up to the through month).

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Category

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning category, leave blank to include all.

Ending Category

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending category or leave blank to select all.

Beginning Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Ending Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Beginning Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Beginning Month

Ending Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Ending Month

Sort by (C)ategory or (E)quipment

Enter C or E.

Active Equipment Only?

checkbox to only include active equipment, leave unchecked to include all equipment.
