SM Labor Allocation Commitment Drilldown

You can use the SM Labor Allocation Commitment Drilldown report to review labor allocation commitments for a given year by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Labor Allocation Commitment Drilldown.

The first level of this drill-down shows you labor commitments by craft and class for the specified year. Double-clicking in a row drills down into the detail for the craft/class, providing an audit of the craft/class totals. You can filter the report by agreements, customers, service sites, service centers, or call types. If you do not use the filtering options, the report and drill downs match the Commitments by Labor Type grid in the SM Agreement Labor Allocation form.
Note: In order to access this report from the Options menu and the Reports menu, you must assign permissions as needed in VA Report Security.

Report Parameters

Description

SM Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

YearEnter the year (YYYY)
Agreements

Enter the Agreements or press F4 to select the SM Agreements

Customers

Enter the Customers or press F4 to select Customers

Service Sites

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the service site.

Service Centers

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the service center.

Call Types

Enter Call Types or press F4 to select Call Types
