Adding New Azure Virtual Desktop Hosted Applications to the Windows App

Use the following steps to add a Trimble Cloud Hosted application to the Windows App.

1. Launch the Windows App from the Windows Start button or from the Taskbar, if it is pinned there
2. In the upper lefthand corner, click on the icon with the user's initials in it
    
3. Click Sign in with another account   
    
4. Enter your full AVD username in the required format
   1. Format: FirstInitial.Lastname.CompanyCode@viewpoint.cloud
   2. Example: J.Smith.ABCD@viewpoint.cloud
5. Click Next to proceed
    
6. Enter the password
    
7. Click Sign in
8. Approve the sign-in request with the Multi-Factor Authentication 
    
9. Click on the Apps icon on the left-hand side toolbar
    
10. The Cloud Apps will now be displayed
     
11. Left-click on an app to launch it

NOTE: To swtich between the Trimble Cloud Hosting App and other applications, click on the Initials icon in the upper right-hand corner and double-click on one of the applications listed.
