Stabicad

This function allows you to discover existing issues in the parameters of electrical families in your Revit model. Some of the errors can be solved automatically in the pertinent dialog window, others can be solved manually, and others are only shown, with no possibility of intervention.

The function is available in the ribbon, tab Stabicad Electrical, panel Tools. In case check-up detects any issues, Stabicad shows the window below.

Method

Three variables, Automatically solvable, Element and Error allow you to group the issues and filter them for more convenience. To do this, click the Tree button at the bottom of the window.

Selecting a row and pressing the Mark button at the bottom of the dialog finds and indicates the family instance in your model.

The active rows indicate that those errors can be solved automatically. To solve these issues, check the box in front of the desired families and press OK.

The list also reveals problems that can only be solved manually.

Click the information icon across each error to find their cause and solution. The most common ones are presented below.
