Cloud Hosted Takeoff screen will not open

Estimation Desktop
Problem: When using the remote desktop, the Takeoff screen will not open on user's Screen 2 or Screen 3. Digital Takeoff will open, though.
To try first:
- Close Estimation Desktop.
- End the session in the cloud.
- Confirm all screens are set to 100% scale.
- Reopen Estimation Desktop.
If not successful, the Workaround: Upon opening Takeoff, it can be moved to another monitor, though it must be relocated to Screen 1 again prior to closing. Clicking Restore on the taskbar icon may also make the screen appear.
