Hosted - How to Force-Close a program in the event it is unable to normally close

SCENARIO: A program in the hosted environment is frozen and is unable to be closed normally, preventing you from accessing any hosted program.


Fix: Likely, the program needs to be force-closed. This can be accomplished by taking the following steps.

1. Click on the affected program that is frozen or stuck.

2. On your Keyboard, hold down "Control + Alt + End". This will bring up the "Sign Out" screen.


3. Click "Sign Out". This will close the active connection to the programs, and forcibly close the frozen programs.

4. After allowing the "Sign out" process to complete, Re-launch the previously stuck program. You will now be able to properly access the program.
