Context: Reusing documents It is often more efficient to use an existing drawing or document as the basis for a new design rather than starting completely from scratch. StabiBASE supports standard Windows copy and paste functionality for this purpose.
Getting Started: Copying a document
  1. In StabiBASE, open the project that contains the source file.
  2. Right-click on the document you want to copy.
  3. From the menu, select the Copy option (You can also use the standard Windows shortcut CTRL+C for this),.
  4. Navigate in the project tree to the project or folder where the copy should be placed.
  5. Hover your mouse pointer in the empty space of this project folder and right-click.
  6. From the menu, select the Paste option (or use the shortcut CTRL+V),. The document has now been successfully duplicated in the new folder.
