How to Manage Estimation Desktop User Groups
From the main screen in Estimation Desktop, click File > Maintenance > Common > User Groups

NOTE: If this option is not available, then the user does not have the right User Group assigned, i.e. Supervisor.
Each User Group has specific functions, based on whether the Function checkbox is selected as Allowed.
Also, verify that the desired User Group is selected to be the default setting for any new users.
Add or Edit
NOTE: Two of the Groups are unable to be edited: Supervisor and IT Support (version 13.1 and greater.)
To edit the Group Name, select it, then click Edit.
To edit permissions, select the Group, then enable or disable the Allowed Function.
To add a group, select the Add button, type the desired Group Name, then click OK. Then select the Allowed box for all desired Functions.
Click OK to keep the changes.
