Understanding the Plot Style Location
If plot styles (.ctb or .stb files) do not appear in your print/plot dialog, the CAD environment cannot locate the folder where your company's plot styles are stored. Depending on your CAD engine, follow the appropriate steps below to verify or update the path.
For CAD-platform (TrimbleCAD / IntelliCAD)
By default, the CAD-platform stores its print style files in a version-specific folder inside your local Windows Documents directory (e.g., C:\Users\<username>\Documents\CAD Platform <version>\...).
- Type the command
OPTIONSon the command line and press Enter. - In the Options window, click the Files tab.
- Expand the Print Paths item in the list.
- Click open Print Style locations.
- Verify whether the path points to the correct version folder under your Documents directory or your company's central plotstyle network folder. Update the path if necessary.
- Click Apply and then OK to save the changes.
