Please use the following steps to force the LogOff of TID.

Google Chrome as Default Browser:

1. Launch Google Chrome
2. Click on the 3 dots icon ( ⋮ )
3. Select Settings and select Privacy and Security
4. Select Cookies and other site data 
5. Select See all cookies and site data
   
   
6. In the Search cookie field enter: trimble
   
   
7. If present, delete: identity.trimble.com by clicking on the trashcan icon
8. Delete: id.trimble.com by clicking on the trashcan icon
9. Close settings
10. Launch Trimble program again and the TID log-in window will display

Microsoft Edge as Default Browser:

1. Launch Microsoft Edge
2. Click on the 3 dots icon ( … ) at the top-right
3. Select Settings
4. Select Cookies and site permissions
5. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data 
6. Select See all cookies and site data
   
   
7. In the Search cookies field enter: trimble
   
   
8. Expand trimble.com
   1. If present, delete identity.trimble.com by clicking on the trashcan icon tp the right
   2. Delete id.trimble.com by clicking on the trashcan icon to the right
9. Close Microsoft Edge.
10. Launch the Trimble program again and the TID log-in window will display
