Troubleshoot: The project you are trying to access either has been deleted or does not exist

Context:

When a team member get's this notification: "The project you are trying to access either has been deleted or does not exist. Please contact Project Admin to know more." It is probably due to the changed permission setting in Trimble Connect. In general, where we once said everyone is welcome, you now need a ticket to join.
