Reset Passwords for Managed Users

Admins can reset a managed user's password from the User Access page.

You must be a System or Security Admin to complete these steps.
  1. In Vista Web, go to Admin > User Access.
  2. Select User Setup from the Module Bundle dropdown.
  3. For the user whose password you want to reset, select the gear icon next to their name and choose Reset Managed User Password.
  4. In the Reset Password window, enter a Temporary Password.

    Your new temporary password can only contain letters and numbers, no special characters.

  5. Select Submit to save the new password.
Your user will need to use this updated password the next time they log in. If the user does not receive a notification with the new password, you must share it with them so they can log in.
