Transparency Notice for AI System Use

We’d like to inform you that this service uses an AI-based system to support your experience and success with the service.

Purpose: This AI system is designed to improve your user experience by answering your product-related support questions on products available on Trimble Help.

How It Works: The assistant combines information retrieval from Trimble resources with a generative language model, and it provides an answer to your questions. It does not make any autonomous decisions.

Data Used: The system processes information such as your interaction with the service and content created by Trimble. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Limitations: The AI system may not always suggest the most relevant answer or solution. Automation is prohibited.
