Configure the Timesheet Week-Ending Dates/Pay Periods

If you are not using week-ending dates in Jobpac as a part of the existing configuration, you must set it up to define the weekly pay periods for Jobpac Mobile time entry.

We recommend you set the week-ending date before inviting a user to record time in the mobile application. Most companies set Sunday as their week-ending date. It is advisable to set up week ending-dates for the next ten years.

To configure timesheet week-ending dates/pay periods:

  1. Log into your Jobpac Connect account.
  2. Expand the System Admin menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  3. Select Configure Modules > ETS & Billing.
  4. Select the Week Ending Maintenance cascading menu.
  5. Enter the required year in the Year field.
  6. Set the date in the Weekending date for week 1 field.
    The date you set in this field must match the week-ending day.
  7. Enter "52" in the Number of weeks in year field and select OK.
  8. Select OK in the Week Number Maintenance screen.
The week-ending day will be set as Sunday. If you wish to change it, please contact your Jobpac consultant.
