The freight charges associated with Materials Management are based either on tonnage or on an hourly rate. For those freight charges based on an hourly haul rate, the estimated hours (calculated from the ticket times) are adjusted for the actual hours reported on the daily log sheets.

1. The Hauler File Maintenance screen is used to indicate haul rate method and store the hourly haul rate for individual haulers
2. The Freight Hours Reconciliation screen is used to assign time allotments to individual Materials Management tickets based on the daily log sheet handed in by each truck.
3. The Freight Cost Reconciliation screen is used to calculate freight either on the Hourly or Tonnage freight rate.
