The Job Quantity Complete Entry screen is used to facilitate entry of job cost information. This feature is convenient for companies who have unit priced jobs and whose quantity-complete information flow from the field corresponds with the Payroll process.

The Job Cost G/L Detail Report screen is used to print general ledger information pertaining to the cost transaction report. This report should be run after transactions are updated using Cost Transaction Update and before information is updated to the general ledger. Once the report has printed, this report starting screen will be replaced with the update screen.

            menu.</p>
        <p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor
            invoices. There are three steps in the process:</p>

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
