View and download documents attached to subcontractor records in the Lower Tiers page.

1. From your Dashboard, select the project and then double-click the contract.
2. Among the tabs at the top of the screen, select Lower Tiers.
3. Select the icon in the Waivers column.
   A pane opens from the right side of the screen.
4. For the document you want to download, select the view icon.
   The document opens in its own window.
5. Select Download document, located near the bottom of the window.
