Use the Prospect screen to create and maintain prospect information. A prospect is the entity for which a bid is created. A prospect can be an existing customer (purchasing additional work) or someone who will become a customer when they issue a purchase order for a bid.

All prospects are available throughout the application. They are not tied to any single company.

To open the Prospect screen, click Estimating > Setup > Prospect in the All Tasks pane.
