PM Inspection Log Report

You can use the PM Inspection Log Report report to list the inspections related to a project by date, code, location, inspector, status, firm/contact and issue by selecting Project Management > Reports > PM Inspection Log Report.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Project

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning project.

Ending Project

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending project.

Beginning Inspection Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning inspection type.

Ending Inspection Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending inspection type.

Beginning Inspection Code

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning inspection code.

Ending Inspection Code

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending inspection code.

Beginning Location

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning location.

Ending Location

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending location.

Beginning Date

Enter beginning date or leave blank for all.

Ending Date

Enter ending date or leave blank for all.

Firm

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the firm.

Contact

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the contact.

Status

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the status.

Issue

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the issue.
