SM Daily Work Ticket

You can use the SM Daily Work Ticket report by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Daily Work Ticket.

This report shows for each given unique combination of Work Order and Scope all related work completed records that fall into the date range selected. It generally follows the typical LEM reporting format.

Display\Parameter Restrictions:

The report uses the Line Type value found in SM Work Order Work Completed Records to determine how records are grouped into the following sections:

  • Labor
  • Labor – Other
  • Equipment
  • Equipment – Other
  • Material
  • Material – Other
  • Subcontract
  • Miscellaneous

The ‘Other’ sections are determined by the Type Category (found in the form SM Cost Types).

Access this report by clicking Pre-Construction > Reports > SM Daily Work Ticket.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Work Order (blank for all)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the work order or leave blank for all.

Work Order Scope (blank for all)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the work order scope or leave blank for all.

Beginning Date

Enter beginning date or leave blank for all.

Ending Date

Enter ending date or leave blank for all.
