Set Phase Markup - Field Descriptions

If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise
      Installation screen, when performing the Set Markup in Phase File update Spectrum will reset
      the phase only if you have permission to access the phase. Spectrum compares the cost center
      assigned to the job with cost centers in your assigned scheme; if the cot center is not
      included, then the Markup check
      boxes are not reset on that job. In addition, Spectrum compares the cost center assigned to
      each phase, if applicable, with cost centers in your assigned scheme; if the cost centers in
      not included, then the Markup check
      box in that phase is not reset. If a job does not have a cost center, this utility will only
      automatically change records that the operator is allowed to manually access. In these
      instances, the operator must open Jobs and edit the job accordingly.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
