JB Progress Bill Initialize by Item
Use this form to initialize single billing or contract items to progress billings.

When you initialize billings in JB Bill Initialize, the system creates new billings for a process group or range of contracts, based on selection criteria. With the Initialize Single Bill Item feature, you can initialize a single bill item or contract item to an existing progress billing. This allows you to refresh the data for billing items impacted by a change or correction, without affecting other items on the billing.
Note: This feature is only available for billings with a status of Active, Change, Interfaced, or Never Interfaced. Additionally, you can only reinitialize progress items that were initialized as "Progress" items on the selected billing.
