Exporting Reports From Spectrum To Different Applications

Spectrum can save Spectrum reports and listings in various software applications and formats (for example, as rich text files, Microsoft® Word documents, Microsoft® Excel documents, and more).

This option allows you to easily distribute electronic Spectrum reports and listings to those who may not have Spectrum.
  1. In Spectrum, preview the listing or report.
  2. In the Preview window, click the Export Report icon and select Send to and Application.
  3. In the Format Dialog window, select the desired file format.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Select the destination and then click Save.
