The Cost Activity screen displays cost-to-date, hours-to-date, projections, estimates and related analysis information.

Enter a job code and when the grid displays you can select to view major or minor group summary information, and then drill down into phase summary, and from there into the cost type breakdown of individual phases and Job Cost history transactions.

After completing the header information, records display in the grid. The grid columns may be reorganized or resized.
