Use the Job Analysis screen to view current summary contract and cost information for the selected job, and unposted amounts such as open commitments. Calculations are based on actual historical information from cost history, billing history, projected cost history, and actual approval and executed date of change orders and change requests.

Click the Preferences button to specify the types of items you'd like to review on this inquiry (open commitments, A/P invoices, A/P contract labor hours with Payroll hours and Payroll pre-time cards and time cards in progress) and specify the primary job page.
