Delete Completed Jobs

This choice purges completed jobs from the system. It removes all job cost (job master, phases, cost history, billing history, and earned revenue records), Accounts Receivable contract and Accounts Payable subcontract information, any associated change request, change order, and Project Management records for the specified jobs. A report of the records to be deleted prints.

Once jobs have been purged, they cannot be accessed for inquiry or reports. Consequently, all relevant job cost reports should be printed prior to selection of this feature.
