Use the Quick Setup tool in Spectrum to configure your authorization ID for the data exchange between Traqspera and Spectrum. The authorization ID provides the necessary security access to Spectrum information.

1. Confirm the Data Exchange Module is Enabled.
2. In Spectrum, select System Administration > Installation > Data Exchange.

   This opens the Data Exchange Installation screen.

3. Select Quick Setup.

   

   This opens the Quick Setup Using Product Defaults window.

4. In the Create an Authorization ID for dropdown field, select Traqspera as the application.

   

5. Select Continue.

   The Edit Authorization ID window opens, showing your newly-created Authorization ID.

   

   Auto-generated authorization IDs for Traqspera begin with the letters TRAQ followed by 10 digits (for example, TRAQ1234567890).

6. Enable this authorization ID for all relevant companies:
   1. Select the Company button in the upper right of the Edit Authorization ID window.

      

      This opens the Build Companies for Authorization ID window.

   2. In the Available Companies area, select a company.
   3. Choose the Select button in the middle of the window to move that company to the list of Authorized Companies.
   4. Add more companies as needed.
   5. Select OK to return to the Edit Authorization ID window.
7. To find your authorization ID at a later time, return to the Data Exchange Installation screen in Spectrum:
   1. Select System Administration > Installation > Data Exchange.
   2. In the search field, enter TRAQ, and select Go.
   3. Select your authorization ID from the list.
      Tip: If you have more than one authorization ID, look for the one associated with the relevant company.
