Rate Level Settings and Permissions

The following tables describes the application settings and permissions that affect your rate level configuration.

Edit Rate Level on Timesheets
Note: Edit Rate Level on Timesheets is required in conjunction with Edit Union / Job Title Fields On Summary for users who should have permission to change rate levels on the Timesheet Summary page.
Automatically Add Rate Level 1 to New Wage Codes If set to Yes, rate level 1 (Regular) will be added automatically to any new wage codes that sync from Spectrum.

Note: This setting is enabled by default when new wage codes sync into Traqspera.

If set to No, new employees / wage codes will not be able to use rate level 1 (Regular) until you toggle it on from the Rate Levels page.

Use Spectrum Default for Rate Level If set to Yes, the employee's default rate level from Spectrum is used on exports.

If set to No, default job rates set in Traqspera under Manage Labor and Equipment Rates > Job Rates > Job Default Values for Spectrum Export are used for exports.
