Edit Job Information
Update job information currently on file, or search for job records.

Select Time & Jobs > Job List.
The Jobs page opens showing a paginated list of all jobs in the system.

To narrow the job list, use the Filter / Search section at
the top of the page:
- Enter information in any of the fields shown to filter or search by that field. For example, to filter for all jobs currently in progress, select the Current Status field, and then select Inactive/Complete from the dropdown list. You can also search by a Job #, Description, and Project Manager.
- To exclude closed jobs from your search, select the checkbox for Exclude Closed Jobs.
- Select Advanced Search to access additional filter/search options, including the Job Type, Location, Job Category, and Work Order #.

When you are finished choosing filter
options, select Search.
The grid refreshes to show search results.

Select a job in the grid.
The Job page opens showing a read-only view of the details for the selected job.
- Select Edit in the upper right of the page.

Edit information as needed.
Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) and cannot be left blank.

Optionally, use the buttons in the upper right of
the page to do the following:

Job Tasks: View tasks that are Planned, In Progress, and Inactive/Complete for this job.

Expenses: Record an expense associated with this job.

View Progress: Open the Job Progress Dashboard where you can view a summary of hours, progress, budget breakdown, and other details for this job.

Manage Rates: Review or update labor and equipment rates for this job.

To add attachments to the job record:
- Select Attachments in the upper right of the page.
- In the Attachment Management pop-up window, you can either drag and drop a file or select Click to browse to upload an attachment.
- When you are finished adding files, select Upload Attachments.
- To remove an attachment, select Actions > Remove for that file.
- To preview all attachments, select Preview All Images. To preview a single attachment, select Actions > Preview for that file.
- To download all attached files, select Download All Attachments. To download a single attachment, select Actions > Download.
- When you are finished adding attachments, select Close in the Attachment Management window.
- To delete a job record, select Delete Job in the upper right of the page.
- When you are finished editing information, select Save Job.
