Filters

You can customize the view of this dashboard using the Parameters tab. This enables you to filter your report by these parameters:

• Company(s): Select one or more companies to display.
• Contract Status: Select either Open; Open, Soft-Closed; Soft-Closed, Hard-Closed; or All to display.
• Beginning Contract: Define the beginning contract.
• Project Manager(s): Select one or more project managers to display.
• Use Revenue and Cost Overrides: Select whether you want to display revenue and cost overrides.
• Group Contracts by: Group contracts by either Contract, Customer, Department, or Project Manager.
• Detail Level: Select either None, Department, Job, or Project Manager to reifne the detail level of the report.
• Auto Open Detail: Select whether you want the detail to automatically open.
• Through Month: Specify the cutoff date for the data displayed.
• Department: Select one or more departments to display.
• Ending Contract: Define the ending contract.
• Selected Contracts: Select one or more contracts to display.
• Simple Filter: Enter a simple filter to further refine results.
• Num of Days Notice on Compliance: Enter the number of days of advance notice required for compliance-related actions or deadlines.
• Columns to Show: Select which columns to display.

Select View report to apply any changes to the default filters.

Subreports

Select a contract to drill down into its subreports. These are the subreports that are available for each contract.

• General: PCDMain
• Schedule of Values: PCDContractSOV
• Change Orders: PCDContractACOPCO
• Billings: PCDContractInvoices
• Commitments: PCDCommitments
• Compliance: PCDCompliances
