Service Summary - Spectrum
The Service Summary report provides a detailed financial summary for all work orders by customer and salesperson.
The Service dashboard has three different tabs: Service Summary, Customer Detail, and Salesperson Detail.
Note that in each tile, you can scroll down to view each item.
You can filter the report using the parameters in the Filters menu. Note that you can also display the information as a table by selecting a data point, right-clicking, and selecting Show as a table.

Service Summary Tab
The Service Summary tab provides totals for labor cost, material cost, other cost, and billed revenue across all work orders. It includes a table showing labor cost by customer name, which you can use to filter the other reports. The second table details the labor cost, material cost, other cost, and billed revenue by customer name.
This tab also includes a line graph detailing Billed Revenue by Date. You can use the arrows in the upper right corner of this graph to drill up or down.
Customer Detail Tab
The Customer Detail tab provides a detailed financial summary by customer. This includes Customer, Company Code, Site, Site Description, Salesperson, Labor Cost, Material Cost, Other Cost, Billed Revenue, and Unbilled Revenue.
Salesperson Detail Tab
The Salesperson Detail tab provides a detailed financial summary by salesperson. This includes Salesperson, Customer Name, Company Code, Work Order #, Labor Cost, Material Cost, Other Cost, Billed Revenue, and Unbilled Revenue.
