As an Approver in a general contractor organization, you can set and change how frequently you receive invoice approval reminder emails from Trimble Pay.

1. In the left-hand sidebar, select Task list.
2. Among the tabs at the top of the screen, select Manage email notifications.
   Your Account Settings window opens.
3. Modify the settings accordingly.

   Event	Selection
   Immediate emails for invoices pending your approval	On or Off
   Summary email of invoices pending your approval	None, Daily, or Weekly
