Forward an Email
In the Mail Log, you can forward an email that was already sent to another recipient.
- Go to Admin > Mail Log.

Find the message you want to forward and select
the forward email
icon.

In the Forward Email window, enter the email address for
the recipient you want to send the email to. You can enter more than one
recipient.
This list is limited to employees in your company.

To forward an email to an external address (someone outside of your company),
select Add/Remove External Emails.
- In the Manage External Emails window, enter an optional Display Value to associate a name or company name with the external address.
- Enter a valid Email Address for the recipient.
- Select Add Email.
- Select Back.
- In the Forward Email window, search for the external address you just added. Choose it from the list.

- When you are finished adding recipients, select Send.
