User's Trimble ID is Not Found
Follow these steps when you cannot select Get Trimble ID because of the error, "The Trimble ID was not found for <user email>." In order to fix this issue, the user must upgrade their sign in on team.viewpoint.com.
If Get Trimble ID updates to Yes, the issue is resolved and the user can now sign in.
If you still receive the error message ,"The Trimble ID was not found for <user email>", contact support.
