Main Menu Options
The Main Menu has a number of options that allow you to customize displays, create and maintain subfolders, add work centers to your application window, and more.

Lock Session - Use this option to lock your
software session so that your work is 'preserved' until you are
able to get back to it. You can also lock a session using the

Folders |
Use the Folders menu option to create and maintain subfolders. This option is only available when focus is on a folder in the menu - for example the PM module Programs folder or My Tasks folder. |
Items |
Most of the Items
options are used to create and maintain the items that display
in a subfolder - for example you can use these options to copy a
form in the Programs folder and paste it into a user-defined
subfolder, which allows you to group forms and reports by
process.

Links |
This menu displays a list of links. Some are in the list by default, and you can define others. Upon initial access, this menu will include a link to the Viewpoint Construction Software website.

Windows |
This menu displays a
list of the forms and reports that are currently open (including
the Main Menu). The company information will be included with
the name of each form and report that is open. For example, if
you opened the AR Company Parameters and HQ Company Setup forms
from within Company #1, the list will show:
If you change
companies while you have forms open, any forms you open from
within the newly active company will show for that company only;
the previously opened forms will retain the information for the
company in which they were accessed. For example:
