EM Fuel Tax Credits Report By State – A/NZ

You can use the EM Fuel Tax Credits Report By State – A/NZ report to print the Off Road Kilometres, Average Kilometres Per Litre fuel economy, and Off Road Litres by State, EM Category, and Equipment by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Fuel Tax Credits Report By State – A/NZ.

Used for fuel tax reporting, the EM Fuel Tax Credits Report By State prints the Off Road Kilometres, Average Kilometres Per Litre fuel economy, and Off Road Litres by State, EM Category, and Equipment. Similar to the other EM fuel reports, the Off Road Litres column is calculated by dividing Off Road Kilometres by the total kilometres per litre (km/L). km/L is the total distance traveled (Off Road and On Road, unloaded + loaded) divided by the total fuel purchased.

Report Parameters

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Beginning Month

Ending Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Ending Month

Beginning Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Ending Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.
