HR Salary History

You can use the HR Salary History report for employee salary history (sorted by Resource or Position and will list all salary adjustments per employee) by selecting Human Resources > Reports > HR Salary History.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Sort by (R)esource or (P)osition

Enter R or P.

Beginning Resource

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning resource or leave blank for all.

Ending Resource

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending resource or leave blank for all.

Beginning Position

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning position code or leave blank for all.

Ending Position

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending position code or leave blank for all.

Beginning Effective Date

Enter beginning effective date or leave blank for all.

Ending Effective Date

Enter ending effective date or leave blank for all.

Include Inactive?

checkbox to include inactive resources.

(H)ourly, (S)alary (Blank for All) Enter H, S, or leave blank for all.
Page By Sort? checkbox to have page by sort order.

Print Notes?

checkbox to print notes.
